From the Bay
Area:
Take I-80 East, then North on I-5, (before Sacramento), onto US Hwy 70
North.At Marysville go right on State Hwy 20 (towards Grass Valley). After
about 12 miles, turn left onto Marysville Road. After 12+ more miles turn
right onto Old Marysville Road. 14 more miles through Dobins. Hornswoggle
Campground is on right about 3 1/2 miles past the Dam.
Scenic Rout:
Take I-80 (from North or South) to Auburn, State Hwy 49 through Nevada
City to Hwy 20-49 split. Left onto Hwy 49 towards Downieville. After about
20 miles, turn left onto Marysville Road. (look for Rangers Station a
few miles after crossing the middle fork of Yuba River). Then about 3
more miles to the Hornswoggle Campground on the left.
